Refund policy

No refund promise is approved yet. Eligibility, request windows, statutory rights, review criteria, response timing, and the customer contact channel require owner and legal review before this page is published.

Purchase context

Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in USD before applicable tax. Eligible new subscribers register a payment method for a 14-day free trial. The selected plan is charged automatically after the trial unless canceled before the first billing date shown at checkout. Cancel before that date to avoid a subscription charge. Checkout is not active on this review site.

Cancellation

Canceling stops future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period shown in the app. Cancellation and refund are separate actions; canceling does not itself state that a prior payment will be refunded.

Before release

The final policy must explain how to request review, which purchase and account details are required, how partial or full refunds affect remaining access or add-on balances, and how mandatory consumer rights apply. It must also provide verified operator and contact details.
